Shipping and Collection

• Delivery Method: All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery, ensuring reliable and timely service.
• Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of £30 and over.
• Standard Shipping Rate: A standard shipping fee of £3.5 applies to all orders under £30.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your order within 2 working days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Collection:

• In-Store Collection: You can also choose to collect your order from our Story Coffee shop located at 115 St John's Hill, London SW11 1SZ. Simply select the "In-Store Collection" option at checkout.
• Ready for Pickup: Orders for collection will be ready within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
• Collection Hours: Please collect your order during our store hours:
  Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
  Sat - Sun 8am - 4pm.
