Return Policy for Merchandise and Equipment:

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise and equipment. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Return Shipping: Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost. Ensure you provide proof of return shipment to avoid any disputes.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@storycoffee.co.uk. Include your order number and details of the defect. We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.

Coffee Quality & Returns
Consumable products cannot be returned unless there is a specific fault. If you have any issues with your coffee, please contact us at info@storycoffee.co.uk and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
